Ommwriter is perhaps the biggest innovation in writing programs canapes since the electric typewriter was invented. WriteRoom was the first text editor that was completely designed for full-screen writing completely without distractions. canapes Ommwriter takes this a step further. If possible, provide an even more minimalist word processor, but aspire in addition to giving you the inspiration you need in addition to free yourself from distractions.
It was perhaps a bit to take in saying innovation, but it is certainly a new (and relatively good) idea. And any program that reintroduces a click for each key press without going on one's nerves deserves at least some attention.
It has seven different sound environments to choose from. From carillon to rain, flowing water, wind and traffic noise. By backgrounds are only three. The same limited number will be in text sizes and fonts. But that's okay, since Ommwriter want you to write undisturbed and not fiddling around with endless choices that at least I tend to hang me up. Shall be just the perfect kerning, line spacing, and type, right?
Ommwriter is currently in beta but seems quite stable for me. There are plans to incorporate the word-count, multiple backgrounds and sounds. They are a bit more reluctant to should canapes offer opportunities for text formatting, page Ommwriter not replace your word processor, but give you a little creative respite. The only thing the catch is that I felt that the text hang slightly after a few times. Just what is unacceptable in word processing and the last time experienced when you put on telnet with a 28.8kbps modem. To display a background image and play music / sounds can not possibly take that much processing power. However; it's canapes beta.

This was actually brilliant! Visual ordretting not actually necessary in this type of software. The concept canapes is to put the focus on the writing process. canapes Editing, formatting and correcting ordfeil is something you do later. But this is perhaps taste :)
It's foolish to want more features or tabs etc. The whole point is that it should canapes be totally stylish. : Bitchin: Does the program was brilliant =)
