Was awakened with the good news of my good neighbor. After two years of nightmare with the problem Sagveien we finally won. For those not familiar with the case, we have had five water leak in the basement of an apartment in Drammen within four years. This, in a newly built house from 2007, built over two levels. We went to saksmål to cancel the purchase in 2012 where we won in court. Respondent appealed to the Court of Appeal where it came out 22 October. Got final verdict today. :) Thank times of day. Now it is uncertain what is ahead. Respondent, couch tuner Eidsten will most likely settle bankruptcy. Whatever we release the right cost. :)
