The architects of OOOOX studio took an old wooden barn and turned in an incredible modern house, incorporating the best of Scandinavian design with a mix of textures and elements industries in a house all in black and white.
The architects added a new insulated siding boards on the original wooden structure. Glass doors and a large window were installed behind the sliding doors of the barn. The second story window is semi-hidden by vertical wooden slats, helping to keep the original look of the barn.
The interior is partially divided by a rough brick wall separating the kitchen and bathroom integrated living room and dining. cucina A black steel staircase leads to the attic level, used as an open room. The bottom of the ladder offers cucina a slightly separate reading nook of the main room.
