SCOMEC Mechanical Design Vibrating screens for multiple selections - VME / VCM
The production of vibrating machines was one of the first activities of the SCOMEC. Our long experience has led to the creation of reliable and highly efficient machines. The continuous updating and careful planning, the ongoing search for high-quality components, care and constant monitoring efforts in production, provide advanced equipment with low maintenance and long lasting.
They are divided into three construction philosophies: VME in which the force balance analysis is performed by horizontal eccentric weight shaft generator sympathetic vibration. This design philosophy while ensuring a good balance of the moving masses, allows the construction of relatively simple and inexpensive machines with flow rates up to 13m / h. VCM in which the offset of the free forces both horizontal and vertical, is entrusted to the contromasse connected to the vibrating surface with elastic elements of first quality. The screening surface and the mesh of the sieve can be adapted to the needs of the customer (networks with different light-mesh silla and wire diameter, plates with holes of different sizes and shapes).
